They have great benefits, decent pay, and job advancement. Fast paced work environment, not for the faint of heart. If you are a hard worker and don't mind the heat, it's not a bad place to work.

Cons

In the summer its hot, in the winter it can be down right cold. Fast paced work, sometimes to fast paced. Machinery needs to be replaced, constantly breaks down. Management is often times completely unfriendly. Crazy work schedule, six week rotating schedule. Company operates on a 7 day a week 24 hour schedule.
