      Pros

      Good Work/Life Balance. Atmosphere and employees are nice. Slow paced. Easily impressed. You will be well respected if you have many years of experience.

      Cons

      Low pay with few opportunities for advancement. Upper management does not interact with lower leveled personnel on a regular basis causing gaps in operational direction. Measured on tenure alone no matter how much work you produce or the quality of it.

      Pros

      Benefits are ok, very friendly employees who work very hard and work together.

      Cons

      Pay scale is way to low and they still expect more in less time. H.R. department isn't for the employees, technology is behind the times. Management micro manages to much. No piad sick days, job is very physical and unsafe at times and management doesn't take safety concerns to seriously. There seems to be a lack of respect for the employees by management.
