      benefits are great. the people who are not in management are great.

      Cons

      employees are pigeon-holed. good luck climbing out of the hole you're stuck in. local, plant level management are very full of themselves and not in tune with the pulse of the plant.

      Pros

      The company is very family oriented and accommodating. My manager genuinely cares for my well-being and professional development. They are very willing to pay for classes and training so long as it applies to your job. Since I was hired about a year ago, I've attended multiple third party professional development courses and have more scheduled.

      Cons

      There is a lot of flux still from the Solo acquisition. If change is not your thing then IT at Dart Container may not be for you.
