      Pros

      Dart has above average salaries and provides excellent insurance, 401k with company matching and two weeks vacation after the first year.

      Cons

      Very hot working environments as you are required to LUMP (Unload) your own freight to the customers requirements. All loads are floor loaded and the majority of customers provide no assistance. You will be required to use a manual pallet jack and wrap products to secure movement. Loads range from 8000 lbs to 26000 lbs.

      Great benefits; Dart really cares about their employees. New facility is amazing! Lots of opportunity for growth and advancement.

      Cons

      The recent acquisition of Solo Cup is still causing some problems. The company needs to get everything more organized and in-line. People are still confused about how the new company will run.
