Pros
We've got great people and the fact that we literally have hundreds of people that have worked here for 25 years or more speaks to that. The salaries are "competitive" but the safety and security of our jobs makes it a great places to be.
Cons
It is a really hard place to hire into. The hiring process is super slow and can be frustrating. If you aren't a patient person, it's probably not a great place for you. Raises are slow and barely keep up with inflation.
