Dart has done a poor job of anticipating changing market conditions away from single-use and plastic products, and finds itself struggling to adapt. Pay and benefits are below average for the industry, which traditionally was balanced by job security, opportunity, and good work-life balance. Currently in a state of reorganization, facility closures, and churn in key positions (esp. Plant Management).
