Pay below industry standards. Clueless management. Out of step corporate culture and no tolerance for disabilities (especially invisible ones). This place takes survey after survey to gather employee feedback and then does nothing to change or address their toxic work culture. They force talented people leave because of outdated policies. Take the job if you are desperate but don't stop your job search. They'll say they treat you like family, but that's only if your family is abusive, neglectful and can fire you on the spot.

Everyone that sits in offices “management/hr” is useless. They help no one. All they want is numbers. They don’t listen or care and blame everyone but themselves but they are the main problem!
