Pros

Pays really well. That's about it. Supervisor on shift is pretty cool and understanding. Good benefits.

Cons

They don't care one bit about your safety. Makes promises they won't keep. Gives "points" and punishes you for using sick/vacation hours and has double standards on who gets penalized for time off and who doesnt. "Forgets" to put in your time off requests. Forces you to work even if you have a doctors note saying you can't work due to injury or illness. Vending machines don't work, they're only there for decoration. Higher ups throw tantrums like toddlers rather than talking to you like an adult. They'll tell you they work Monday thru thursday "with a Friday maybe every couple months" but really it's "mandatory overtime every single week." Training is nothing more than someone standing over you barking at you to work faster. Punishes you for someone else's mistake. Basically you're treated like garbage constantly. If I didn't get outta there when I did I'd probably be close to death from the stress they put you under.

Pros

Fitness Center; employee discount on company product; big company with room for advancement.

Cons

Paid time off is mediocre and must be used at a minimum of 2 hours; after 1st 2 hours, at full hour increments (unless your boss likes you enough to grant an exception). Sick pay is only 5 days/year (but after 5 consecutive days, you might be able to use Vacation time). Vacation pay doesn’t grow beyond 2 weeks until at least 3 years after your hire date, but not granted until the following January 1; and the amount added is only 1 day (for a total of 88 hours) until the January 1 after you complete 5 years.
