Management in the plant not employee friendly.Their investigations on the supervisors were already decided by the HR to be guilty and didn't really listen or want to hear what you have to say.Most of the complaints from the employees were coerced amongst themselves and had the same stories.These are the employees that wanted to do what they want to do with no backing from the upper management.The manager could talk to his supervisors anyway he felt with no repercussions.Mistakes happen and machines break down but there was no understanding.Dart has guidelines on how to treat employees but at times those aren't followed by the upper management.When all the upper management at the plant were the good ole boy terms.Beware working there the pay isn't the greatest.Big turnover rate people just don't want to work anymore they want the paycheck but don't want to do anything for it.Even worse when you bring the temp agencies in to full fill the shortages.The health benefits were not the greatest.
