      Easy job but corporation as a whole stinks

      Job is very easy to perform.

      Cons

      Management does not listen to ideas to improve. Communication between management and employees is horrible. To get promoted you have to be friends with management. Dead end job and job security stinks here. You never know when they can fire you. Human resources department sucks and is rude and rules are not the same for everybody or the whole company.

      They are always discriminating Spanish and African Americans to continue growing up to became manager they glad to bring white people from the street for those jobs than promote Supervisor that works for them for more than 15 years

      Pros

      The company values and culture is very positive. There is a cafe and gym for employees which is a nice benefit. My stress level in this position is low and a comfortable pace.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities in procurement are limited. Good direction and communication from top management has been lacking but I am seeing improvement on this now.
