Pros
The Starting pay is decent plus overtime. 12 hours rotating every other weekend off. Lines are generally easy if there automatic. Lines mess up often will spend all of some of the shift not doing anything. Unless your trying to become an operator or manager then i would not stay no longer than a year.
Cons
Its loud , they will switch you from days to over nights shifts. Low pay increases. Favoritism. How long you been there determines everything and how they treat you. 12 hours overnight you will get no sleep
