12 hour shifts that give you more days off

Cons

Machines break down constantly, some veterans run one machine while other newer people run 2 to 3, no time to really do quality inspections, walk your butt off from machine to machine for 11 hours.

I love working for Dart because they have a lot of advancement opportunities and room for progress.

Cons

There really are no con's to working for dart its really a great place to work. I really like it here.
