Pros
If you live in the Mason area it is probably the best employer. Company promotes from within and rewards tenure. A great place for non-degreed/unskilled workers to ascend in career as there doesn't appear to be an obvious focus degrees and training for the roles available.
Cons
The company appears to reward ONLY tenure. This had lead to many people reaching management levels that they themselves are unqualified for and would not have reached at other companies. Company doesn't pay well and it's apparent with the talent in place (low tier pay gets you low tier talent), which leads to a bloated organization. Very inefficient, poor communication, no cross-functional teamwork to speak of. These things lead to poor decisions and copious amounts of rework that could be avoided if the decision makers had the talent or foresight to recognize their impact. Company is reactive in nature and already behind competitors in markets that aren't foam.
