- No room for advancement unless you want to relocate to Headquarters in Mason. - Little to no training. - Management makes decisions that can be self serving - Some business decisions based on personal interests vs financially good for the company. - Salary plan/compensation is different vs industry standard ie no bonus

Great start pay, quarterly bonus, good benefits, work support between peers.

Cons

You do not receive any sick hours, only 80 emergency hours unpaid, a few days of personal hours unpaid and a week or 2weeks of vacation hours, which has to last you a whole year on 12 hour shifts. Breaks are 3 10mins and 1 20 min lunch for a 12 hour shift. This year they are forcing us to work Thanksgiving and Christmas day. The HR department are not supportive at times very rude. Ip concerns are overlooked most of the time.
