Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

In my experience, the leadership at this company is weak and primarily focused on their own interests. Management often appeared disorganized and lacked the competence necessary to support their teams effectively. HR does not serve as a resource for employees—instead, they seem primarily concerned with protecting management, regardless of the situation. In my opinion, the company has shown a willingness to bend or even break rules when it suits their agenda, which raises serious ethical concerns.

Pros

Pay, Insurance, attendance bonus, major holidays usually off.

Cons

12 hour shifts, always changing schedules and work hours which interfere with personal life. Summer is very hot. Favoritism amongst supervisors.

Pros

The fitness center, walking path, discounted products, and the fact that it is so unsupervised I could be gone for 2 hours and no one would notice.

Cons

An absolute joke. By far the worst company I have ever worked for. I started looking for new jobs within a week of starting. It appears very sophisticated and advanced based on the outside, but unless you are in management or above you are expected to keep your mouth shut, head down, don’t ask questions unless you’re a “yes man,” the company has a very old school approach and mentality. Very resistant to change. HR is no help. Even as a corporate employee you are essentially a glorified factory worker but with a computer and there is CONSTANT turnover. There was absolutely zero training provided, no direction, and no encouragement to advance the employees within the company. Unless you are in management or above, your benefits, paid holidays, and vacation schedule doesn’t kick in for 3 months (which depending on when you start you could only have 3-5 paid days off for the whole year.) After giving my two week notice and working my final day I was told my health insurance terminates at midnight, and to keep “all your receipts in case you have to pay out of pocket.” The only good thing about that place was the fitness center and discounted products. If you are thinking about taking a job here, do yourself the biggest favor and KEEP LOOKING.
