Pros

Great pay. Great benefits. Probably the best (and cheapest) insurance package you can get in Arkansas. When you start working in your department you can do just about anything you want. People recognize your skills and have you do whatever you are good at doing. So its not necessarily true that you'll be hired to do your ONE job. You may end up getting moved into a different job not long after you get here.

Cons

Oh my lord, where to start? The management is mostly French. In some departments they just rotate French managers in and out every few years with no real consideration for hiring locally and long-term. Communication is the worst I've ever seen. Departments work very hard to avoid communicating with each other. News normally spreads through the grapevine. Managers are substandard. And the French are so passive aggressive they won't get rid of anyone. They just whisper behind everyone else's backs and suffer through it. Training is pretty weak. The training department is small and the other departments don't want to lose their resources for the time it takes to train their people. Each department is an island. Engineering might start developing their own IT solution to something without consulting the IT department. So you end up with a home-grown software that is running the business. Then later it becomes a huge problem when that person leaves and nobody is available to maintain the software. There is a constant flow of Interns and VIEs that come to the company for short periods like 6-18 months and then they rotate back home. So just about the time they become proficient and useful to the business, they are gone and you have to start over with someone else. Stop this madness! hire permanent people and stop using these short-term employees just because its convenient and inexpensive. The company is suffering for it.

Pros

Good salary, pay on time, nice aircraft from comfort point of view,

Cons

Authoritative management. Treat employees very badly. No respect to employees and customers. Aircraft has too many issues and Dassault is slow to find solutions making dealing with customers painful.
