      - Good benefits - Relatively stable work life - Comfortable environment - Good vision, superior view of the PLM world as it SHOULD be

      Cons

      - terrible compensation (well below industry comparables) - no strategy for career advancement on the technical side. - Poor communication between people on the front line and upper management. - Poor execution on high flying visions

      Pros

      DSAC is a software company with the right products aligned with critical industries that need process improvements as well as supply chain collaboration support. Its a market share leader in its software category (Product Lifecycle Management - PLM).

      Cons

      All software companies are subject to this downside, and that is open source based competitive alternatives. The open source alternatives are more aligned with entry based competitors, rather than the high end applications. The other con is the traffic in the Boston regional area, and DSAC's limited support of alternative work sites (home office, etc)

      Young people working in the company --> good vibes between employees Interesting innovative projects

      Cons

      Managment too much involved into technical decision they don't understand make decision too long to be taken Many people left without being renewed, this make the huge ambition of the company impossible to accomplish
