great vacation time. friendly and helpful co workers. relaxed dress code optional remote work

Cons

lack of commitment from management to go full agile development hours are 8-5 (hour lunch break)

Oblivious to Covid

Pros

No place else to work in Hutchinson. Most employees are hard workers but independent thinking is not encouraged.

Cons

Clueless Senior Mgt . Company is so far behind the curve with technology and can’t catch up. Sr. Management ignores the Covid virus so everyone keeps getting sick ! They are holding a February group meeting off site in a Covid hot spot but don’t care/are oblivious. Attendees will just bring the virus back to other employees and family. Work here if you can’t leave Hutch. Do NOT move here. This place is like a cult and Hutchinson is a ghost town.

Community feel with co-workers, competitive pay, flexible with scheduling, ability to work from home time to time, management is well known by employees and vice versa, lots of 5,10,15 year employees

Cons

only offers 8-5 for development role in corporate
