Pros

Our technology touches the patient and that is why I feel good about working at DI. They have competitive wages and benefits. Accepting to listen to new ideas and ways to be innovative.

Cons

No mentor-ship or structured training program for employees wanting to move up into management. Some office cattiness. Morale is ok, but not great.

Interesting work, co-workers can be supportive, technology slowly being modernized.

Cons

Very management heavy with unclear roles. Energies spent trying to boost morale and employee buy-in through emotional appeal while often treating concerns as obstructions and noise. Asked us to post positive reviews here. Pay seems below industry average.

Pros

DI is the best company I have ever worked for. They care about employees, allow dogs in the workplace and do many things that make them standout above and beyond other companies. Compensation and work life balance are great!

Cons

I would say that there isn't much negative that I have seen here.
