They have found, developed, and continue to improve upon their secret sauce. It's inspiring to work somewhere that's actively improving healthcare systems around the world. Also, went through three managers (at no fault of the company) and all shared a warm collaborative vibe.
Cons
The motivational 'hunger' that you might feel at a smaller or more dynamic space is not as present.
