Pros

Steady work, limited mandatory OT for the hardware insertion/assembly side except for during weeks leading up to holidays.

Cons

Verbal agreement was that I was to be paid $18, but I signed at $15.25.

Caution when working with the CEO

Pros

Good people who do the work.

Cons

CEO is an alcoholic who has a hard time controlling himself. He is even willing to take advantage of his family for his own gain. The CEO has been known to change terms of agreements, “because it’s a different day now”. I would use caution around an individual that cannot control themselves.
