      Consistent and plentiful tasks as long as you continue to produce high-quality work. Excellent and reliable pay Flexible schedule - log in and work whenever you want! Awesome variety keeps the job interesting! You're always learning something new!

      Cons

      Not a lot of feedback if you're someone interested in explicit kudos. However, you know you're doing a good job when you see more qualifications on your dashboard and an endless supply of projects on your dashboard. :-)

      Room for growth, opportunities, unlimited pay

      Cons

      No w-2s, pay your own taxes, no feedback. If you mess up, you're locked out. You need to do good work to get more work, or eventually it just dries up, which isn't really a pro or a con.
