      Good pay, good projects- a lot of choice.

      Cons

      Can be removed at any moment without ever being given a reason. I had over 20 projects when they terminated my employment without any explanation - I wasn't even able to bill my last 6 hours (over $100)

      Work is interesting, and you have some level of autonomy over the themes of your work. Super convenient to choose your own hours. Great pay. Quick to provide your wages. Awesome way to make money for big purchases, vacations, or just having some extra cash month to month.

      Cons

      Acting very much as a freelancer, working on available tasks. The number of hours available can vary greatly from week to week. Available tasks vary on an individual basis. You may not want to depend on this work as your sole source of income if you don't plan on working a nine-to-five schedule. It can be tricky to file taxes.
