      They focus on quality over quantity, so there isn't stress about completing x amount of work in x amount of time, within reason. Pay is fair and you can work any time, and place.

      Pros

      I love that I can set my own hours and choose the projects I want to work on. This flexibility has made a huge difference in my work-life balance. The pay is great, and every day I’m learning something new, which keeps the job interesting and engaging. Not having a commute is a huge bonus too. Overall, this is truly the perfect job for me.

      There can be limited feedback, which sometimes makes it hard to know if you’re on the right track, and some tasks can get repetitive,
