      You can work anytime and anywhere you want, and get paid honestly based on how much you work. As long as you keep your work good quality, they pay you reasonably without any delay.

      Cons

      There are times you don't get any work without a prior notice. So it's not desirable to depend on as a sole income.

      I’ve been working in data annotation for a while, and if you enjoy stretching your mind and tackling challenging tasks, this is a great place to be. The pay is very good for the type of work, and high-quality contributors are genuinely recognized.

      Cons

      The only downside is that workload depends heavily on external projects. Some periods are extremely busy and others are slow.
