Pros

Fully remote. Decent pay. They trust you. You report how much you worked by yourself.

Cons

1. There's no guarantee of a job or career. There's a constant fear that when the project I'm assigned to is finished, I will simply lose the job. 2. They say flexible hours, but not really. When they give you tasks (they you don't you when in advance), all workers rush to complete them. So you have to try to complete as much as you can before the tasks are all consumed. 3. work can be scarce. For me, I get to work one day (about 10 hours in a single day) every 4~7 days. So, when there's no work for about a week, I'm starting to think I'm fired or what? Then they suddenly throw you some more work to do.
