      Pros

      Set your own hours, days, etc. Literally work whenever you want to. Challenging projects, with continued opportunities to learn. The pay is more than reasonable and is always on time. Work independently.

      Cons

      Some periods with few projects available, sometimes no projects available. But always check back because they seem to come in waves! You have to mind to your estimated tax payments and self-employment tax (can only speak as a US employee). Payments thru PayPal are not taxed, but are reported to IRS.

      Pros

      Working with DA as a Trainer has been great and provides wonderful flexibility and allows for creativity in your work, which makes it a rather fulfilling and interesting job.

      Cons

      Though I have not experienced this yet, I have seen others who do the same job talk about times when the dashboard has been empty for extended periods, which means that there could be times where work simply isn't available, which makes the job somewhat uncertain at times, but again, this isn't something that has affected me and it ultimately may not affect me.

      Sporadic task availability, absolutely no transparency, no communication with higher ups and minimal communication with other workers.
