Pros
When you get through the assessments you can start working immediately and its easy, and fun, and you can work as long as you want. It's convenient for someone who has no choice but to do remote work and you can set your hours. If you are a creative or mathematical person, there is work for both types. I enjoyed working for this company while I had it.
Cons
They have a support chat but it's janky and it doesn't really answer any of your questions. They explain in their instructions that they will drop you as an employee but they will never reach out personally to tell you why or give you any type of warning. You are teaching AI and they want perfect grammar and spelling so using an AI to get an answer or check your work is an obvious do not do or else. Well, I tried to qualify for higher-paying work in a new project and I wanted to double-check my work so I used Grammarly to make sure my spelling and punctuation were perfect. I've been using Grammarly for years and years (all through college for 7+ years) and it's been installed on my laptop for so many years I stupidly didn't even realize it is an AI. Suddenly, the next day I got all my projects taken from me and my profile was stripped. No word or explanation as to why or even a warning and I thought I did really good work for them. It wasn't until pondering on it for several days that I realized that might be the reason. It felt horrible getting dropped like that because I actually enjoyed working for them. No word and no explanation just a cutoff.
