      Pros

      Hourly pay rates for many projects are great, sometimes even exceptional. They are also very fair with time logging by allowing us to log time spent reading instruction as well. No Hubstaff, no screen capture, and no re-test every single time a new project come ups.

      Cons

      Make no mistake, this is still a side hustle. Work availability is not guaranteed. They are also not cooperative. They work in secrecy. They barely communicate with you. They don't tell you if the project has gone from your dashboard because the project is finished or you are finished. They offer only one method of payment (PayPal). They don't offer help, or even respond, when you have problems that involve document of proof or representation. They don't even give you work agreement or work contract. Do your best and these pay rates will change your life for much better for months or even years, but anything else you are on your own.

      I joined DA 3 months ago and I am amazed to see that you can contribute in your field of expertise and get decent pay without going to the office. I really love working here.

      Cons

      There are no cons that I have noticed. I have had a lot of projects coming in.
