Annual 30 cent raises Simple promotions

Cons

Long hours depending on sites responsible for other databank colocation in your town. depends on your site. scuffed working scheduling, no real compensation difference on working on days vs nights.

Great group of employees. Expanding locations so head count should be growing.

Cons

HR / Payroll slow to update internal payroll pages, causing confusions. Slow to compensate employees fairly, There was some improvement in 2024. If you let them know you are struggling with an life event, they will find a way to get rid of you.
