Pretty chill job. There is plenty of time to work on certifications or training. Very flexible if you're going to school.

Cons

Little to no chance of moving up the ladder. Pay isn't great. Annual raises can be between 3-4 percent. Other companies are more competitive.

Great place to build a career. The leadership team is engaged and accessible and the culture is very collaborative.

Cons

Remote flexibility is a pro and a con. It’s definitely convenient, but the optional office setup means limited face time with colleagues.
