      Pros

      Great benefits, empathetic and driven management team, a natural and unforced culture of psychological safety that encourages from and to anyone in the company.

      Cons

      Growing pains are to be expected and can be felt at a company as growth starts to multiply.

      Pros

      -Actually takes culture seriously and people are bought in and collaborative -Truly market disrupting product in a very young market with a lot of room to grow. The potential is huge. -Pay and benefits are top of market

      Cons

      -Typical startup challenges building out teams and structure, but it is far beyond some companies I’ve been at that were further in their growth stage.

      Pros

      * Leadership team is focused on transparency, collaboration and inclusiveness * Fully remote, flexible schedule ("core hours") * Strong market opportunity, good product/market fit

      Cons

      * Benefits are lacking. No 401k or bonus structure in place at the time of this review. Not unexpected for a company this size, and I expect it to change in the coming year or two, but still worth noting.

And thanks for your candid feedback on benefits. I'm confident it's an area that we'll mature in as we continue along our path and move toward a growth stage startup to offer items like a 401K match on top of the already existing Guideline 401K plan.
