Pros
The people are incredible. Everyone is driven, everyone is so helpful. If you have questions even if you think they are dumb, someone is willing and ready to answer it. I honestly never thought I would find a place where I didn't feel like it was a "job" but I actually have fun doing what I am doing. The problems are really challenging to solve; and the team wants to keep getting better. Work from home is a huge bonus, but truthfully it's the team and the people even online everyone is awesome.
Cons
We need more engineers, and product managers. Because its a start up we're trying to hone in on our processes (not rigid) but so we can get things done more efficiently. This is not a CON per say but - if you were to work here it is a STARTUP so that means you will be wearing multiple hats and you HAVE to be driven; there are high expectations and a lot of work to do, so be prepared to work.
