- The full team is genuinely dedicated to supporting and building the open-source DataHub Community - Everyone is highly-motivated, extremely talented & collaborative, and empathetic in their approach to work - High levels of autonomy and support from leadership to take on high-impact work - High levels of transparency into company-level goals and outcomes; equal balance of communicating the good with the bad to keep us grounded in how the company is doing

Cons

We're still navigating growing pains and figuring out which routines/processes are required to support our global team. Communication and async collaboration can be challenging, but the full team is putting forth a genuine effort to find a solution that suits everyone.

The product is helping solve real problems with a ton of opportunity which makes the work exciting. It's also very young, which means there is opportunity to make a big impact. The team jumps in to solve problems and works hard, but makes time to help others along the way. Everyone is open to new ideas and processes as the team continues to grow and mature.

Cons

It can be hectic and with all the word to do, open community to support as well as closing sales.
