      Pros

      -Good pay and raises for recent graduates -They hire recent graduates -Very diverse -Plenty of opportunities to learn SQL (and more recently Python) dev

      Cons

      -Highly stressful -Lots of micromanaging -PTO (10 days vacation when you start and not all holidays off) -401k company match vested only after 6(!) years -No education assistance

      DataLab is a leading-edge database marketing company that is full of opportunities. It is highly recommended for people who are passionate in database development field of work. You will have a lot of great learning opportunities as well as opportunities to grow your career. You will work with people who are the top notch in this industry and some of the most brilliant minds in the field. Last but not least, your hard work and contributions will be VERY well received and appreciated.

      Although the compensation is great, all other benefits still have rooms to improve.

      Career growth; doesn't feel overly bureaucratic like my last job; Sense of working together to achieve goals. Challenging work. Good team structure.

      Cons

      There is no metro station nearby. Not that it's a deterrent, the drive isn't bad.
