Pros

They understand work life balance and taking care of there employees. The company is half consulting half technology. So sometimes the 2 collide, but they work to push both forwards when possible.

Cons

The company if growing, which can be both a good and bad thing. It creates some tougher situations to navigate.

-Good pay and raises for recent graduates -They hire recent graduates -Very diverse -Plenty of opportunities to learn SQL (and more recently Python) dev

Cons

-Highly stressful -Lots of micromanaging -PTO (10 days vacation when you start and not all holidays off) -401k company match vested only after 6(!) years -No education assistance
