Pros

Coworkers in a similar role, we're always helpful and friendly. They were/ate like family. Commute wasn't bad.

Cons

No career path. Internal employees are not rewarded with advancement. Management has no clear direction and do not lead by example. Pay increases are minimal. Minimal training. "Surprise" group layoffs (removing 15-30 employees at a time once or twice a year) every year of my employment.
