Best for intern and their policy to grow project by intern for saving money.

Cons

Very greedy to cut your salary, evaluation time and arrear money. After 10 months later, my evaluation process has been done. evaluated very poorly. Now do not pay my arrear money of 10 months and saying that next evaluation will be after 1 year that should have after 2 months later. All the employees faced the same horrible situation for evaluating.

The people who are in managerial positions are totally worthless and do not have sufficient knowledge in related fields. Most of them lacks in professionalism. Absurd vacation policy. Managers always gives pathetic excuses for rejecting leave applications but ironically they always takes the leave whenever they need. Sometimes pays salary after 20th of a month.
