The dev team is great, management sucks

Pros

The dev team is filled with enthusiastic and knowledgeable people. They are very friendly and helpful. It was easy for me to work with them as a team. My manager was awesome too.

Cons

The salary is low. Increments are low. Bonuses are not always on time. Salary is not always credited timely. Their business is shaky, and management does not focus on the dev team. It mostly focuses its improvements towars teams with higher revenues. No creative projects. Not room for good growth. One time I was called by the CFO and insulted for something that was not my responsibility.

Cons

- Poor salary structure - Bad project managers and business developers - Unstructured coding style - Didn't participate in APICTA Award 2018 after getting nominated - Promotion is rare
