Pros

Before COVID-19, DataSoft was a genuinely good company to work for. The environment was friendly, and most managers, especially the ones I worked under, were supportive, kind-hearted, and technically strong. The company offered good learning opportunities for freshers and exposure to real projects.

Cons

After 2019, when the company was taken over by new corporate management, things changed drastically. Salary increments became rare or nonexistent, HR practices deteriorated, and the overall work culture shifted in a negative direction. Employees are required to give a 3-month notice to resign, but the company can terminate someone within a day. Provident fund payments were delayed for almost 2 years, and my last 1.5 months’ salary was never paid. There’s no transparency or accountability in management decisions. Whether you have a good work experience largely depends on which team and manager you get.
