Salary raises are routinely postponed by 3 to 4 months without any compensation for the delay, leading to financial setbacks for employees. Despite recent fires, the company plans to move back to the previously damaged floor, disregarding employee safety worries. There is a potential risk of not receiving the final month's salary upon leaving the company, and it is uncertain when employees can access their PF funds.
