We are a high growth and fast paced company, so it is nice to know that you found the culture relaxed and that managers and co-workers are nice. We are continually working on improving our product to help our customers solve their business problems.       Thank you for taking the time to share your insights and I appreciate your feedback on the company. As a company we require all our employees at all levels to adhere to our code of conduct. Sometimes a misunderstanding happens. We have our policies in our handbook which encourages employees to report any bad practices to a manger so that it can be resolved.
