      When I evaluate companies to join, there are 3 things I look for: 1. Amazing leadership 2. Even greater product 3. Greatest people to work with DataVisor definitely meets all 3 criteria and then some. Everyone here works hard, the engineering team has built an amazing product, we just have to go sell it now, and that's what I love about startups.

      Cons

      Sales team is relatively small at this point, so it resources are spread thin, but definitely gives everyone a good fire under their seat to sell sell sell!

      Most of Employees are between 20-30s Company has very active atmosphere All of us are willing to work hard majority of engineers are PhDs or masters people are easy to work with easy access to exports it's a start up company so you got to do a lot of exciting projects provides both lunch and dinners 3 weeks of PTO each year

      Cons

      snacks are not so tasty, and don't have much fruits available WFH policy is relatively strict Sometimes you will need to works at night (depending on what team you are in)

      Groundbreaking technology. Customer-centric. Brilliant people playing at the top of their game. Strong shared sense of purpose throughout the company. Incredibly strong presence in our market. Excellent management team. Rewarding work.

      Cons

      Challenge is to find people who meet our bar here...it's quite high...but this is what makes us great.
