Good for those who graduate and want to learn - you will touch every piece of the code and have a chance to debug and improve it.

Cons

Understaff and overwork. Leadership doesn't seem to plan to change this in the short term.

You will get exposure to the fraud space in sales and get experience building pipeline and helping close deals on enterprise accounts. You will learn how to qualify meetings you schedule that actually contribute to sales in the AEs pipeline.

Cons

If you want to be a AE promotion from BDR here will take time as they really aim to want you to be prepared before going into the position.
