Amazing R&D teams. The amount of innovation output is just staggering and there are always new things to learn. Hiring bar is high - which means you are always surrounded by people smarter than you, and it is a good thing.

* Databricks products are very good and the adoption is growing. Working with the popular product increase chances of career growth. * oppportunity to work variety of customers

Cons

Sales account executives are given insane targets and they do everything desperately to destroy your work life balance. Leadership is not doing much to improve the situation rather bringing in crappy processes to increase the amount of workload. It results in bad vibes and bad relationships between colleagues where nobody really cares. It is getting worse over time.
