-Vision from our CEO and wider team. Specifically Ali, who is extremely humble, super dedicated, pragmatic and a great all round leader -Best tech in the market , we are winning the Lakehouse category which is the Data and AI market -Culture is second to none, having come from a strong culture at EMC , this place is the right balance of everything -Values are exactly what they should be. We believe in letting the data decide and win as a team -New EMEA GM and NEMEA GM are awesome to work with and because of this EMEA will be even bigger for the business -Very competitive packages -Fast paced, to some this might not be a good thing, but I love it - Special set of people here that are a joy to work with and make it a place you can build a true career

Founders get along, and so do other old-timers, creating a collaborative yet intense culture. 4. Management is business-minded, high confidence of a successful IPO and future growth

- Great leadership team - Great technology - Financially disciplined management team - Open and honest corporate communications - Technology and solutions that provide real, measurable value to customers. - Friendly, collaborative culture - everybody wants to help.

Cons

Not so much a con as a warning - this is hard work. There's more to learn than is reasonable, the pace of change is blinding, and the founders are clearly driving towards a goal with everything they've got. The culture reflects that - there's always more to learn, or do, and lots of opportunity to help out other folks that are in the same position. Goals are aggressive - sales goals, engineering goals, everything, and we all believe that we can make it happen. But that means hard work and dedication. It's tough to get hired here, and when you do, they expect a lot. If you're not ready for that, if you're not at a place in your life where you can put in the extra effort, it might not be the place for you.
