Pros

- an inclusive culture that promotes teamwork to work on hard problems for our clients makes the work here very fulfilling - rock solid tech stack means you never have to worry about our platform's ability to meet and exceed our clients' expectations - data and ai initiatives are no longer buried in the "science project" corners of major enterprises but front and center at the C Suite

Cons

- there is a ton of competition at both the platform and point solution level that makes selling into this complex environment challenging and time-consuming from a sales cycle perspective but the rewards are worth it

Pros

° Great compensation + benefits ° Huge opportunity for personal growth (you'll be delving into projects and tactics you've always wanted to take a shot at, and you'll be empowered to pursue opportunities you pitch) ° You'll be working with some of the smartest people in the industry

Cons

° The company has zero regards for work-life balance. In an annual company survey, on a scale of 1-100, the marketing department gave Work-Life Balance a score of 64 in back-to-back years. Marketing leadership provided no answers on how they planned to fix this and didn't even care to address how tired or overworked employees were; the CMO simply stated, "This is a startup, this is how it's going to be." Not exactly a ringing endorsement for an entire department seeking improvement ° Speaking of overworked employees, the company provides flexible time off, but it's a ruse. You'll notice that teammates rarely go on vacation, let alone take time off, because they're afraid of coming back to work being piled up even more than it already is. And if you're someone that takes too much time off, you're seen as problematic ° There's very little diversity within the marketing department. Many of the women and people of color have either left or been let go for political and injust reasons ° Marketing leadership ranges from supportive bosses to toxic people unfit to be managers. Employees aren't empowered to be experts and are often working long hours to meet the arduous demands of their bosses who often micromanage (it's not rare to hear about an employee working through the night or on weekends) ° Department doesn't invest in its own people. Employees are frequently terminated by new leadership looking to bring in their people or agencies, and growth/promotion plans have not been established
