Pros

-Great product in a forward thinking industry -Benefits such as gym reimbursement -Work with some of the brightest minds

Cons

Sales culture is cultlike and filled with false promises/transparency. Operate like a start up with the headcount of a large org - processes constantly changing and attainment is solely based on if you have sellers who are lenient and willing to help you out (good luck). They are forcing us to RTO 3 days a week just to sit on Zoom while leadership (Directors) babysit you by being dashboard hawks. Career progression is still being developed and piloted, and the process itself is messy and long. Everyone will tell you how happy you should be to work there though. The term “personal brand” will be preached at you to no end as a way to get you to do things outside of your job description.

Good product, cult like culture

Pros

Great product that is going to heavily succeed for years to come. Get to work with some of the most intelligent people in the world and learn a lot. Depending on role, opportunity to work with a lot of high profile customers as well.

Cons

Leadership transparency is fake, a lot of reorganization taking place behind the scenes and false hope being spread. Said they would not do layoffs like other tech companies but definitely did do layoffs secretly without any warning. Offered terrible severance packages compared to other tech companies that did perform layoffs as well. Compares themselves to FAANG constantly but definitely not at the same professional level. Cult like culture where it is encouraged to bash other tech companies and competitors. They do it publicly all the time as well, check LinkedIn posts and comments.
