      Pros

      I work with some of the most intelligent and hardworking people I have ever been around with in my career. High energy and extremely fast paced.

      Cons

      There are many company priorities to focus on that are equally important. Very hard to narrow focus on specific ones especially as things shift and new priorities pop up. But this is expected of a pre IPO company.
