      Smart people, lots of cool projects and tracks. Good compensation

      Cons

      Politics limit the cohesiveness of the product, engineers leading product management decisions. Hyper focused on tenure of anything else for promo.

      Fully remote work was a pro

      Cons

      Couldn’t use the continuing education allowance for business program so it went to waste, micromanaging leadership, no scope to grow and get promoted even after multiple conversations with leadership. The job was advertised with more scope than my previous role but was a step back career wise. The company really takes on the disadvantages of both a corporate and startup environment with none of the advantages. It’s also a huge Salesforce club so if you didn’t come from Salesforce, it can be really challenging to be included.
